Refund policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and industry regulations, all purchases made through our online store are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any beverages, including non-alcoholic wines, spirits, sodas, and specialty products.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with a quick resolution, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review each case and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers; however, we will support you in tracking and resolving delivery concerns whenever possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or shipped. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

Quality Assurance
We take pride in storing and handling all products to maintain peak freshness and quality. Once items leave our facility, we cannot control storage conditions and therefore cannot accept returns based on taste preferences.
