Once a package is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.

Due to product handling requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit.
