At Acquired Taste, we take pride in delivering thoughtful, beautifully crafted non-alcoholic beverages right to your door. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order makes its way from our warehouse to your home, bar, or shop.


Where We Ship

We currently ship across Canada from our Toronto HQ.
If you're outside of Canada and interested in our products, reach out—we’re always happy to explore options.


Processing Times

We do our best to ship orders within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and carrier options.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. While we work hard to partner with reliable couriers, actual delivery times are outside our control once the package heads out.


Local Pickup (Optional)

If you offer or plan to offer it:

Local pickup may be available in Toronto. If shown at checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready.


Carrier Responsibility

Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the shipping partner.
We cannot be responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or carrier-related issues—but we’re always here to help guide you through next steps.

If something feels off with your delivery, email us and we’ll gladly assist.


Damaged or Missing Items

Your order should arrive in perfect condition—if it doesn’t, we want to know.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the box and product

  • A short description of what happened

We’ll review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot replace or refund items lost or returned due to the error.

If you catch the mistake quickly, email us immediately—we’ll update it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.


Warm Weather & Cold Weather Notice

Our beverages are sensitive to extreme temperatures. In very hot or cold seasons, shipping times may be adjusted to protect product quality. If a weather-related delay is needed, we’ll let you know.
