All the trappings of a classic Italian Amaro, without any of the alcohol. Gentian-forward, bitter orange and rhubarb on the palate, and a long finish. This is a complex and robust aperitif to enjoy on the rocks, with some tonic water, or in a Negroni.
Created in collaboration with Flavio Angiolillo, the famous mixologist of the "1930" bar, one of the 50 Best Bars in the World.

Process
Fruits and botanicals are macerated and then distilled in copper stills. Shelf life: Up to 2 years unopened, in a dry place away from light. After opening, consume within 6 months and preferably keep cool (4-10°).

Water, sugar, infusions of aromatic plants (gentian, cinchona bark), citrus fruits (bitter orange, sweet orange), herbs (rhubarb, liquorice) and spices (cinnamon), lime juice, elderberry, safflower extract, potassium sorbate.
